These terms cover the GDC 2026 digital attendee badge — what it is for, how to use it, and what you can expect from us.

The service

Glide ID issues and operates the GDC 2026 digital attendee badge. The badge is used for event entry and session check-in at the conference.

Your badge

Each registered attendee gets one badge. It is personal and non-transferable: it identifies you, and only you, at the event.

Acceptable use

Present only your own badge. Do not copy, alter, or lend the credential to anyone else.

Validity and revocation

The badge is valid for the event. We may revoke it if your registration is cancelled, when you leave the event, or on misuse.

Sharing and consent

The badge shares data with a reader only after your on-screen approval. What a reader keeps is described on the Privacy page.

Service provided as-is

We run the badge service on a reasonable-efforts basis so you can get into the event. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranty, and our liability is limited to re-issuing your badge or helping you get into the event another way.
