Support

Everything about getting your badge onto your phone, and what to do when it does not work.

Getting an invitation

Every registered attendee is sent a claim link by email. If yours has not arrived, check the address you registered with, then write to us — or come to the badge desk at Palexpo, which can reissue it on the spot. A claim link does not expire, so an older email still works.

When a claim fails

A failed claim never spends your invitation: open the same link again and it will still work. Claims are time-limited once started, so if you left the screen part-way through, start again from the email rather than resuming. If the link says the badge is already claimed, it was claimed on another device — the badge desk can reissue it.

iPhone requirements

The Global Digital Collaboration app requires iOS 26 or later. That floor comes from the identity-document framework the badge depends on, and there is no way around it on an older release. If your iPhone cannot run iOS 26, come to the badge desk and we will sort you out.

Showing your badge at a door

Open Show your badge and hold the screen up to the reader. The reader scans the code and then connects over Bluetooth, so Bluetooth needs to be on. Your badge is sent only after you approve what is shared.

Still stuck

Write to support@glide.id with your name and, if you have it, your badge number.
